Program name: Matchmaker May. Texts are sent by Matchmaker May from our registered business number.

What you'll get

If you opt in, we text you about:

• your call with May: booking confirmations, reminders and any change of time
• introductions: follow-ups about a possible match, including checking whether you're still looking

We don't send ads or promotions by text.

How you sign up

You opt in by ticking the SMS box on the form at www.matchmakermay.com. The box is unticked unless you tick it. The text next to it reads:

By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Matchmaker May at the mobile number above, including call confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about introductions. Consent is not a condition of any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. See the SMS terms and Privacy policy.

Consent to texts is not a condition of joining the network, booking a call or any other service. If you leave the box unticked, we'll use email.

Message frequency varies. Most texts come around a booked call or an introduction.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Replying CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE also works. After you send STOP, you'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. If you want texts again later, email may@matchmakermay.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Texting may not be available in every state or on every carrier; if we can't text you, we'll email you instead.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle all of your information.

Who can sign up

You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects the texts you receive, we'll tell you by text or email.
